All orders for membership cards must be made by either the Rotary club's Secretary or President.
SECURE PLASTIC HOLOGRAM CARD ORDERS:
Plastic cards require the following information:
  • Name of Rotarian
  • Rotarian ID/account number
  • District number
  • Club number
  • Name of Club Secretary
  • Mailing and billing address
Please note that, while the format of the plastic hologram card is in English, the data provided by the club (i.e. member name and club name) can be pre-printed in all of the Rotary International languages, including Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Swedish, Japanese, and Korean.

A Free Plastic Card
Golden Gate Designs will make a free secure plastic hologram membership card for either the club Secretary or the club President for every Rotary club that orders 100 or more paper membership cards.

Prices:

  • Secure Plastic Hologram cards - - $1.75 each - all data pre-printed. Expiration date determined by the club. No minimum order.
  • Paper cards -$0.90 cents each and come in bundles of 20 cards and are priced at $18.00 per bundle - data filled in by the Rotary club. The template for printing the paper cards is emailed with order confirmation at no extra charge.
Ten percent (10%) of all proceeds from the cards is paid to the Rotary International General Operating Fund.
Both cards include the informational cardholder with text written verbatim by Rotary International.
Orders are shipped by first-class or priority mail, unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling charges will be added.
All orders will be billed to the Rotary Club in US Dollars and must be paid with a check, money order, or bank draft.
